Role & Company / Project Overview: Union Living is hiring a hospitality-driven Residence Manager to lead our co-living community in Mumbai. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Lead and manage co-living residential operations and oversee community living standards. - Handle resident concerns with empathy and ensure strong operational control. - Coordinate day-to-day facility management and support community initiatives. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Education: Preferably from a Hospitality or Hotel Management background. - Experience: Minimum 1.5 years of relevant work experience in Facility Management or Co-working. - Skillset: Strong operational grip, resident empathy, and a proactive mindset. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. - On-site co-living facility management. Compensation & Benefits: - Package: Up to INR 36,000 per month. - Stay / Accommodation: Not included (may be considered).
