Role & Company / Project Overview: Tameh is hiring for an open vacancy of Senior Customer Service based in New Cairo. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Manage customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide high-quality support service. - Supervise customer service workflows and maintain high satisfaction levels across communications. - Coordinate operational customer support requirements in real estate and customer service operations. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Experience in customer service operations, with seniority in handling client relations. - Professional communication and interpersonal skills. - Capability to handle customer requirements in a structured, professional manner. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Working hours: 2 Shifts available: • Shift 1: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM • Shift 2: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM - Days Off: 2 Days Off per week with Saturday rotation. - Location: New Cairo, Egypt. - Work setup: Onsite.
