Alfath Group (AFG) Developments is hiring for the position of Senior Customer Services in New Cairo. The candidate must have at least 2 years of mandatory experience in the Real Estate industry. Primary responsibilities include following up on and resolving customer inquiries or complaints efficiently, as well as monitoring collections and installments and handling cases of late payments.
