### Role & Company / Project Overview Seeking English Customer Service Representatives for Home Care Accounts based at Nasr City (IWS). ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Handle customer service inquiries and account management for English-speaking home care accounts. • Provide prompt, professional, and clear communication to resolve patient and client inquiries. • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction across designated account workflows. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • English language proficiency: Level B2 or C1. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Eligibility: Students and graduates are both welcome to apply. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Nasr City (IWS), Cairo, Egypt. • Available Shifts: - Morning Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM - Afternoon Shift: 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM - Overnight Shift: 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM • Schedule: 2 days off per week. ### Compensation & Benefits • Salary Package: Up to EGP 20,200 Monthly. • Overnight Allowance: 1,000 EGP for the overnight shift. • Attractive bonuses. • Comprehensive medical insurance. • Transportation provided. ### Application Instructions • Send your updated CV along with an English voice note introducing yourself via WhatsApp to apply.
