Job description
• Role & Company / Project Overview: Innovation Work Solutions (IWS) is expanding its operations and actively recruiting Customer Service and Back-Office Representatives to join the team in Cairo. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Handle customer service requests, inquiries, and back-office administrative tasks. - Communicate fluently in English with international clients and customers. - Maintain high accuracy and quality standards in resolving tickets and managing operational workflows. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Fluent English proficiency (spoken and written). - Previous working experience in Customer Service or Back-Office roles. - Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Work Model: Full-time, 100% on-site. - Work Location: Nasr City – El Nozha Street, Cairo, Egypt. - Shift Timings: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM. - Days Off: 2 rotational/fixed days off per week. • Compensation & Benefits: - Net Monthly Salary: 18,200 EGP. - Quarterly Performance Bonus: Up to 6,000 EGP. - Medical Insurance and Social Insurance coverage. - Transportation provided for the return trip after the late shift. - Competitive overall compensation package and clear career growth opportunities. • Application Instructions: - Submit your CV along with an English voice note introduction via WhatsApp or apply online through the provided application portal.
