Role & Company / Project Overview Sutherland is hiring for a Back Office + Voice Customer Service role supporting a dedicated B2B Supply Chain & Logistics Account in Cairo, Egypt. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Provide professional customer service handling both back-office tasks and voice support. • Support business operations and logistics inquiries for the B2B Supply Chain account. • Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and meet target performance indicators (KPIs). Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Language Proficiency: English level B1+ / B2. • Strong communication skills for handling voice customer interactions and back-office documentation.
