• Role & Company / Project Overview: eClerx is hiring Customer Support Specialists to join the team based at Maadi Technology Park, Cairo. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Deliver customer support services, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting customer issues, and ensuring high-quality client satisfaction. - Meet and exceed performance standards and operational KPI benchmarks. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Education: Graduates only. - Language Proficiency: English Level B2. - Experience: Must possess prior BPO experience. - Eligibility: Egyptians with maximum age of 40. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Shifts: Rotational Night & Overnight Shifts. - Location: Maadi Technology Park, Cairo, Egypt. • Compensation & Benefits: - Basic Salary: 15,500 EGP (NET). - Night Allowance: 2,300 EGP. - KPI Bonus: Up to 3,200 EGP. - Total Net Package: 20,000 to 21,000 EGP Monthly. - Medical Insurance: 200K annual coverage (Family Medical Insurance Included). - Transportation: Door-to-Door Transportation provided. - Career Growth: Amazing career growth opportunities. • Application Instructions: - Contact via WhatsApp to apply.
