Role & Company / Project Overview: TALENTOLA is hiring a Team Lead - US IT Recruitment to lead and mentor the talent acquisition team at their office in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Supervise and manage full-cycle recruitment operations for US IT client requirements • Mentor recruiters on advanced talent sourcing using Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn • Evaluate candidate profiles, oversee quality checks, and streamline client interview processes • Lead high-level rate negotiations, offer approvals, and closing strategies • Manage pipeline development, resource allocation, and internal database maintenance • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of US labor standards, visa requirements, and staffing dynamics Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 4 to 8+ years of dedicated experience in US IT staffing with leadership / supervisory experience • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and rate-negotiation skills • Solid expertise across US job portals, recruitment lifecycle, and client coordination • Thorough knowledge of US employment classifications (W2, C2C) and visa regulations Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh • Work Mode: 5 Days Onsite (Monday to Friday) • Shift Timings: Night Shift (EST) Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive salary and high incentive potential • Leadership development in a fast-growing recruitment firm Application Instructions: Interested professionals can forward their profiles to the contact details provided.
