Role & Company / Project Overview: TALENTOLA is hiring an experienced Senior US IT Recruiter to join their expanding team in Vijay Nagar, Indore, managing technical recruitment and client requirements for the US market. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Manage full-cycle recruitment for US-based IT positions across various technologies • Source candidates using Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and other specialized platforms • Screen, evaluate, and assess candidates for technical capability, experience, and cultural fit • Coordinate and schedule client interviews • Negotiate salaries, billing/pay rates, and close job offers effectively • Build and manage strong relationships with candidates and client account managers • Maintain a robust candidate pipeline and keep internal recruitment databases updated • Stay updated on US market trends, work authorization/visa categories, and recruitment best practices Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 2 to 6+ years of relevant experience in US IT recruitment • Excellent English communication and negotiation abilities • Proven track record in end-to-end IT staffing • Strong expertise in job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn • Thorough knowledge of US employment structures including W2 and C2C requirements • Immediate joiners preferred Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Vijay Nagar, Indore, Madhya Pradesh • Work Mode: 5 Days Onsite (Monday to Friday) • Shift Timings: Night Shift (EST) Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive salary plus lucrative incentives • Dynamic work environment with real career growth opportunities Application Instructions: Interested candidates can share their resumes via email or phone.
