Role & Company / Project Overview: TALENTOLA is hiring a Junior US IT Recruiter to join their team in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, assisting in full-lifecycle recruitment for technical roles in the United States. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Conduct end-to-end recruitment for US-based IT openings • Source potential technical candidates using portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn • Screen and assess candidates for technical qualifications and cultural alignment • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients • Negotiate pay rates and facilitate offer rollouts • Build and maintain strong candidate relationships while updating internal recruitment databases • Maintain knowledge of US IT hiring practices and visa types Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 0 to 2 years of experience in US IT recruitment • Strong command over the English language with effective communication and negotiation skills • Hands-on familiarity with Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and candidate sourcing techniques • Basic understanding of US tax structures (W2, C2C) • Open to immediate joiners Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh • Work Mode: 5 Days Onsite (Monday to Friday) • Shift Timings: Night Shift (EST) Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive salary plus lucrative performance-based incentives • Supportive team environment and strong professional development Application Instructions: Interested applicants can share their resume with the recruiter via email or phone.
