Role & Company / Project Overview: TALENTOLA is seeking a Team Lead - US IT Recruitment to lead and mentor recruitment efforts at their Vijay Nagar, Indore location. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead and oversee full-cycle recruitment operations for US-based IT positions • Guide and supervise recruiters in sourcing candidates via Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn • Screen and evaluate candidates for high-priority technical client requisitions • Oversee candidate interview coordination, client submissions, and feedback cycles • Handle advanced rate negotiations, salary discussions, and offer closures • Build and maintain relationships with strategic candidates and client stakeholders • Ensure candidate pipeline maintenance and database accuracy across the team • Monitor US IT staffing market trends, visa classifications, and compliance guidelines Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 4 to 8+ years of extensive experience in US IT recruitment, including leadership or team mentoring exposure • Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills • Mastery of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and sourcing tools (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder) • In-depth expertise in US tax terms (W2, C2C) and visa categories • Proven capability to mentor recruiters and drive target achievements Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Vijay Nagar, Indore, Madhya Pradesh • Work Mode: 5 Days Onsite (Monday to Friday) • Shift Timings: Night Shift (EST) Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive salary plus lucrative incentives • Leadership career progression and supportive work environment Application Instructions: Interested applicants can submit their resumes via email or telephone.
