Freshers are welcome to apply and build a rewarding career. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Market and place bench consultants/candidates on suitable US IT requirements. - Connect with US IT staffing vendors, recruitment partners, and IT staffing companies. - Source job opportunities/requirements through various channels including LinkedIn, job portals, and professional networking. - Submit qualified candidate profiles, track progress, and coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and placements. - Build and maintain strong professional relationships with vendors, recruitment partners, and clients. - Negotiate rates, terms, and contract details. - Maintain accurate records in CRM/Tracker. - Ensure timely communication and regular follow-ups with candidates and vendors. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Freshers are welcome to apply; relevant experience (1+ year preferred) in Bench Sales / US IT Staffing is an added advantage. - Good verbal and written communication skills. - Genuine interest in US IT Staffing and recruitment. - Confident, target-oriented, with an eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. - Preferred knowledge of vendor management and familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn. - Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. - Ability to work independently in a night-shift environment. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Working Location: 315, 3rd Floor, Shivom Building, MG Road, Indore, Madhya Pradesh. - Shift Timing: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Night Shift). • Compensation & Benefits: - Salary: ₹20,000 per month. - Benefits: Global hiring process exposure, supportive and friendly work culture, skill development, experienced team, and career growth opportunities. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates can apply by submitting their resume or reaching out via phone or messaging application.
