Role & Company / Project Overview: TALENTOLA is seeking an experienced Team Lead - US IT Recruitment to spearhead delivery and guide recruiters at their Dehradun, Uttarakhand office. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Manage and guide a team of US IT recruiters to meet recruitment targets • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for diverse US client requisitions • Devise advanced sourcing strategies across Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn • Evaluate candidates, review submittals, and oversee client interview scheduling • Manage complex rate negotiations and offer closures • Monitor pipeline health, ATS updates, and recruitment quality metrics • Track visa regulations, legal compliance, and market compensation benchmarks Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 4 to 8+ years of proven track record in US IT staffing with team lead / supervisory exposure • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and English communication skills • Deep expertise in full-cycle recruitment, W2/C2C models, and US visa guidelines • Proficiency with major US job portals and talent acquisition tools Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand • Work Mode: 5 Days Onsite (Monday to Friday) • Shift Timings: Night Shift (EST) Compensation & Benefits: • Highly competitive compensation package with rewarding incentive structures • Supportive, dynamic, and career-oriented work culture Application Instructions: Qualified candidates are invited to send their CVs to the designated hiring contact.
