• Role & Company / Project Overview Outpace Consulting is hiring experienced professionals for Customer Support – International Travel Voice process in New Town, Kolkata. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Manage international customer calls and inquiries concerning travel itineraries, reservations, and customer support - Provide prompt query resolution, effective customer handling, and active listening - Handle travel support interactions professionally • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Graduate or Undergraduate - 1+ year of international calling experience - Strong verbal communication skills - Expertise in customer handling, query resolution, active listening, and travel support • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: New Town, Kolkata - 5 days working with rotational shifts - 2 rotational week-offs • Compensation & Benefits - Up to Rs. 3,90,000 LPA (Up to Rs. 25,000 in-hand per month) - Up to 30% hike on last drawn salary - Attractive incentives available - One-way cab facility provided - Rs. 1,400 travel allowance • Application Instructions - Interested candidates can connect via WhatsApp or email an updated CV.
