• Role & Company / Project Overview: Exciting opportunity for freshers to begin their career as a Customer Support Associate handling an E-Commerce non-voice process in New Town, Kolkata. The position centers on delivering high-quality written resolutions to customer inquiries across chat and email channels. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Handle and resolve customer queries for an e-commerce process through non-voice channels such as chat and email. - Understand customer concerns and troubleshoot order-related and service-related issues accurately and professionally. - Provide clear, accurate, and timely written responses to customers throughout their customer journey. - Maintain proper and detailed documentation of customer interactions. - Ensure high-quality customer service, maintain resolution quality, and foster a positive customer experience in a fast-paced environment. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Education: Graduate or Undergraduate. - Experience: Freshers are eligible and encouraged to apply. - Skills: Good written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, strong attention to detail, accuracy, and a customer-focused approach. - Flexibility: Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and willingness to work rotational shifts. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: New Town, Kolkata, West Bengal, India. - Shift Timings: Rotational shifts. - Working Days: 5 days a week. - Weekly Off: 2 rotational offs. • Compensation & Benefits: - Salary: ₹18,000 per month (in-hand). - Transportation / Allowance: One-way cab facility plus ₹1,400 travel allowance. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates are invited to share their resumes via email or WhatsApp.
