• Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring a Global Trainer for international customer service processes. This is a fully remote (Work From Home) opportunity open to candidates across PAN India. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Deliver training to new hires and existing employees for international customer service processes. - Conduct sessions on communication skills, customer handling, process knowledge, and customer experience. - Train employees on global process standards, quality parameters, and compliance requirements. - Conduct assessments, mock calls, role-plays, and feedback sessions. - Monitor trainee performance and provide coaching to improve productivity and quality. - Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to ensure training effectiveness. - Maintain training reports, attendance, assessment scores, and performance records. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Mandatory experience on papers as a Trainer in an International BPO. - Prior experience as a Global Trainer or Process Trainer in an International BPO is preferred. - Relevant international voice process experience will be preferred. - Excellent English communication and presentation skills. - Strong knowledge of international customer service processes and training methodologies. - Proven ability to coach, mentor, and assess trainees. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Work From Home (WFH) / Remote (PAN India can apply). - Hiring urgency: Immediate hiring / immediate joiners. • Application Instructions - Interested candidates should send their updated resume via WhatsApp only.
