• Role & Company / Project Overview Hiring for the position of Process Trainer handling an International Customer Support process based out of Pune. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Deliver process training and upskilling sessions for an International Support process. - Train agents on workflow, quality guidelines, domain knowledge, and client requirements. - Monitor trainee progress and operational readiness. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Minimum 3 years of overall experience in International Customer Support. - Minimum 1 year of dedicated experience working as a Process Trainer. - Strong domain knowledge in international process management and customer service excellence. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India. - Working Days: 5 Days a Week. - Week Off: 2 Days. • Compensation & Benefits - Salary: Up to ₹7.5 LPA. • Application Instructions - Interested candidates can share their updated resume with the recruitment team.
