• Role & Company / Project Overview We are seeking a fluent Spanish Language Process Trainer to train, upskill, and lead onboarding for an international process based in Pune. This role is ideal for an experienced trainer looking to take their career to the next level within a global BPO environment. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Deliver comprehensive, end-to-end process and language training for onboarding batches. - Conduct regular quality check-ins, language assessments, and specialized refresher modules. - Monitor active floor performance closely to drive continuous learning and uphold quality benchmarks. - Support new hires and existing personnel in mastering language nuances and domain-specific operational workflows. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Professional fluency and expertise in the Spanish language. - Relevant corporate training or BPO training experience. - Strong communication, coaching, mentoring, and batch management capabilities. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India. - Relocation assistance is supported, and the position is open to candidates willing to relocate. • Compensation & Benefits - Package: Up to 15 LPA (Lakhs Per Annum). - Relocation support provided. • Application Instructions - Connect or apply directly with your profile to the HR recruitment team.
