Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring a skilled Factory Manager to lead plant operations, optimize production output, and drive operational efficiency across the manufacturing facility. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Oversee total daily plant and factory operations, ensuring production targets are consistently met. - Optimize manufacturing processes, resource utilization, and operational efficiency. - Supervise factory personnel, floor technicians, and production staff. - Maintain quality control, machine uptime, safety standards, and operational guidelines. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production lines. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Minimum 2 years of relevant manufacturing or factory management experience. - Demonstrated operational leadership, positive attitude, and proactive problem-solving mindset. - Strong communication and people management capabilities. - High commitment to operational excellence, plant safety, and teamwork.
