Role & Company / Project Overview: A manufacturing facility located in Obour – Anshas, Egypt is hiring an experienced and results-driven Factory Manager / Plant Manager to oversee manufacturing operations and plant facilities. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Direct and oversee overall manufacturing operations and daily plant activities. • Lead production management to ensure timely and cost-effective output. • Drive operational efficiency, lean manufacturing, and workflow optimization across all production lines. • Provide strong team leadership, supervision, and mentorship to plant supervisors, engineers, and factory staff. • Maintain strict quality control, environmental, and plant safety standards. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Proven background and strong experience in manufacturing operations, production management, and operational efficiency. • Demonstrated team leadership and factory workforce management capabilities. • Industry experience in wood, metal, or furniture manufacturing is required. • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and operational decision-making skills. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Obour – Anshas, Egypt. • Full-time on-site manufacturing plant role.
