Ltd., established in Nagpur since 1978, is hiring an experienced and enthusiastic professional for the role of Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations at our Nagpur facility. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Oversee end-to-end production operations, planning, and execution within the manufacturing plant. • Manage shop floor activities, resource allocation, workforce coordination, and production scheduling. • Ensure production targets, operational efficiency, and timeline milestones are consistently met. • Coordinate with quality checking and machine operator teams to optimize output and minimize operational downtime. • Enforce strict workplace safety, compliance, and industrial production standards. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Proven managerial experience in manufacturing, production management, or industrial plant operations. • Strong leadership, problem-solving, operational planning, and shop-floor management skills. • Relevant technical background and hands-on understanding of manufacturing workflows.
