Role & Company / Project Overview Ram Coolers Pvt. Ltd., Nagpur (established since 1978), is hiring a skilled Injection Moulding Machine Operator to handle machinery operations at our Nagpur manufacturing plant. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Set up, operate, and monitor injection moulding machines according to specified parameters and production schedules. • Adjust machine settings, temperatures, speeds, and cycle times to ensure flawless component production. • Inspect moulded parts during production runs to detect defects and maintain quality consistency. • Perform routine machine cleaning, basic maintenance, and assist in mould changeovers. • Follow standard industrial safety practices and report equipment malfunctions promptly. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Prior hands-on experience operating injection moulding machines in an industrial or manufacturing environment. • Good understanding of machine controls, moulding processes, and mould handling. • Attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and reliability. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra, India. • Work Mode: Onsite / Factory-based.
