Role & Company / Project Overview: IKA Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced and dynamic Factory Head to lead factory operations, drive operational excellence, and contribute to company growth in innovative solutions for the construction industry (admixtures, RMC, construction chemicals). Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Oversee overall factory operations and production activities • Manage Production, Labour, Logistics, and Maintenance teams • Ensure production targets, quality standards, and timely dispatches • Monitor and improve manpower utilisation, productivity, cost efficiency, and operational costs • Maintain machinery maintenance, workplace safety, and statutory compliance • Coordinate with cross-functional departments and report operational performance to management Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Experience: 5–10 Years • Qualification: Any Graduate with MBA in Sales/Marketing or Graduate/Diploma in Engineering with strong leadership and factory operations experience • Proven capability to drive performance, improve manufacturing processes, and lead cross-functional plant teams Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • On-site factory environment Compensation & Benefits: • CTC: Approximately ₹10 LPA Application Instructions: • Send your updated resume via DM or email your profile to the hiring team.
