Role & Company / Project Overview: Infinity Crest Group Private Limited is hiring an experienced Factory Manager specializing in Food Production (Chappathi / Parota) for their manufacturing facility in Chennai. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Manage and oversee entire factory operations and food production processes for Chappathi and Parota lines. • Ensure high production efficiency, plant safety, and stringent food quality and hygiene standards. • Supervise production teams, manage inventory, and optimize manufacturing workflows. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 8+ years of mandatory relevant experience in food production and factory management. • Specific expertise in food manufacturing, specifically Chappathi and Parota production units. • Strong leadership, floor management, and operational administration abilities. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. • On-site factory environment. Compensation & Benefits: • Salary: Up to ₹12,00,000 per annum (12 LPA).
