Role & Company / Project Overview: Outpace Consulting is conducting a mega walk-in recruitment drive for International Non-Voice Chat Support specialists to work at Gurgaon. Freshers are eligible and encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Handle international customer inquiries via non-voice chat channels. • Assist customers with product inquiries, account issues, and general support. • Manage multiple chat interactions simultaneously while upholding quality and resolution benchmarks. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Educational Qualification: Graduates / Undergraduates. • Mandatory: Strong written and verbal English communication skills. • Immediate joiners are preferred. • Eligibility & Restrictions: - BTech / MTech / MCA / BE / LLB / LLM / Pharma / Diploma in any Engineering are not eligible for freshers' positions. - BTech / MCA / BE candidates must have at least 6 months of prior BPO experience. - Regular college students must submit a valid No Objection Certificate (NOC). - Candidates with examinations scheduled within the next 4–6 months are not eligible. - Candidates residing in Delhi and Gurgaon are eligible to apply. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Job Location: Gurgaon, Haryana, India. • Shift Timings: Rotational shifts. • Transportation: Both-side cab facility / TA provided. Compensation & Benefits: • Salary: ₹18,500 In-Hand per month + Incentives. • Cab/TA facility.
