Role & Company / Project Overview: Outpace Consulting is hiring for an International Voice Process role located in Gurgaon. Freshers meeting the criteria are welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Handle inbound/outbound customer support voice calls for international clients. • Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and escalations while delivering exceptional service. • Ensure adherence to quality and communication standards on every call. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Educational Qualification: Graduates / Undergraduates. • Strong English communication skills are strictly mandatory. • Preference for immediate joiners. • Eligibility & Restrictions: - BTech / MTech / MCA / BE / LLB / LLM / Pharma / Diploma in any Engineering are not eligible for freshers' positions. - BTech / MCA / BE candidates must possess a minimum of 6 months of BPO experience. - Regular college students must produce a valid No Objection Certificate (NOC). - Candidates with exams scheduled in the upcoming 4–6 months are not eligible. - Candidates from Delhi and Gurgaon are eligible to apply. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Job Location: Gurgaon, Haryana, India. • Shifts: Rotational shifts. • Transport: Both-side cab facility / TA provided. Compensation & Benefits: • Salary: ₹20,000 In-Hand per month + Incentives. • Transport assistance.
