Role & Company / Project Overview: Outpace Consulting is conducting a mega walk-in hiring drive for International Customer Support positions, specifically for the Blended Customer Support role in Gurgaon. Freshers are welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Provide customer support managing both voice and non-voice/chat communications (Blended process). • Address customer queries, concerns, and troubleshooting requirements professionally. • Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality standards. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Educational Qualification: Graduates / Undergraduates. • Strong English communication skills are mandatory. • Immediate joiners are preferred. • Eligibility & Restrictions: - BTech / MTech / MCA / BE / LLB / LLM / Pharma / Diploma in any Engineering are not eligible for freshers' positions. - BTech / MCA / BE candidates must have at least 6 months of BPO experience. - Regular college students must provide a valid No Objection Certificate (NOC). - Candidates with examinations scheduled within the next 4–6 months are not eligible. - Candidates from Delhi and Gurgaon are eligible to apply. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Job Location: Gurgaon, Haryana, India. • Shift Timings: Rotational shifts. • Transport: Both-side cab facility or Travel Allowance (TA) provided. Compensation & Benefits: • Salary: Up to ₹25,000 In-Hand per month. • Cab/TA facility.
