• Role & Company / Project Overview: Outpace Consulting is conducting walk-ins for International Voice Support Executives to join international customer service operations in Gurgaon. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Manage inbound and outbound international voice calls to resolve inquiries and customer concerns. - Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining call quality and compliance standards. - Accurately record conversation notes and status updates in the CRM system. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Minimum Qualification: Graduate or Undergraduate. - Experience: Freshers are eligible. - Communication: Excellent verbal English communication skills required. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Job Location: Gurgaon, Haryana, India. - Shifts: Rotational shifts. - Transport: Transport allowance or both-way cabs provided. • Compensation & Benefits: - Salary: ₹20,000 per month plus incentives. • Application Instructions: - Walk-in between 10:30 AM and 1:00 PM. - Bring: Updated Resume and Aadhaar Card. - Walk-in Interview Venue: Outpace Consulting, C-29, Sector 2, Noida, Uttar Pradesh (Nearest Metro: Noida Sector 15, Gate No. 3, Landmark: Near Hotel Nirulas).
