• Role & Company / Project Overview Outpace Consulting is hiring experienced professionals for an International Voice Support process in Gurgaon. The role sits within the Consumer Electronics & Retail domain, providing global exposure, professional development, and a supportive team environment. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Provide voice-based international customer support for retail and consumer electronics accounts. - Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and accuracy. - Maintain quality metrics and uphold exceptional standards of customer service. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Qualification: Graduates Only. - Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in an International BPO. - Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written). - Proven experience in international voice customer support. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Job Location: Gurgaon, Haryana. - Shifts: Rotational shifts. - Transport: Both-side cab / Travel Allowance (TA) provided. • Compensation & Benefits - CTC: Up to INR 4,50,000 per annum (4.50 LPA). - In-Hand Salary: Approximately INR 27,000 to INR 32,000 per month. - Both-side transportation facility. • Application Instructions - Walk-in interview held at Outpace Consulting, C-29, 1st Floor, Sector 2, Noida. - Reporting Time: 10:30 AM. - Mandatory documents to carry: Updated resume and Aadhaar card.
