• Role & Company / Project Overview Outpace Consulting is hiring experienced professionals for an International Voice Support process. This role is based in Gurgaon within the Consumer Electronics & Retail domain, offering global exposure, professional growth, and a supportive work culture. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Deliver voice-based international customer support for consumer electronics and retail clients. - Address customer queries and resolve issues efficiently over voice calls while adhering to process quality standards. - Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Qualification: Graduates Only. - Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in an International BPO. - Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written). - Proven background in voice-based customer support. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Job Location: Gurgaon, Haryana. - Shifts: Rotational shifts. - Transport: Both-side cab facility or Travel Allowance (TA) provided. • Compensation & Benefits - CTC: Up to INR 4,50,000 per annum (4.50 LPA). - In-Hand Salary: Approximately INR 27,000 to INR 32,000 per month. - Both-side transportation support. • Application Instructions - Walk-in interview conducted at Outpace Consulting, C-29, 1st Floor, Sector 2, Noida. - Reporting Time: 10:30 AM. - Candidates must carry an updated resume and Aadhaar card.
