### Role & Company / Project Overview Outpace Consulting is hiring experienced professionals for an International Voice Support process based in Gurgaon, catering to the Consumer Electronics & Retail domain. The role offers global exposure, professional growth, and a supportive work culture. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Provide voice-based international customer support for consumer electronics and retail clients. • Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, order management, and service requests. • Deliver high-quality customer service while adhering to international BPO service benchmarks and resolution metrics. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Qualification: Graduates Only. • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in an International BPO. • Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written). • Proven expertise in voice-based customer support. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Job Location: Gurgaon, Haryana. • Shift: Rotational shifts. • Transport: Both-side cab facility or Travel Allowance (TA) provided. ### Compensation & Benefits • CTC: Up to ₹4.50 LPA. • In-Hand Salary: Approximately ₹27,000 – ₹32,000 per month. ### Application Instructions & Walk-in Interview Details • Walk-in Interview Venue: Outpace Consulting, C-29, 1st Floor, Sector 2, Noida. • Reporting Time: 10:30 AM. • Mandatory Documents: Carry an updated resume and Aadhaar Card. • Candidates can also submit their application via email or WhatsApp.
