Role & Company / Project Overview: Outpace Consulting is conducting walk-in interviews for experienced candidates to join an International Voice Process in Gurgaon, providing voice-based customer support within the Consumer Electronics & Retail domain. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Provide international voice-based customer support for consumer electronics and retail domain customers. • Manage inbound/outbound calls professionally and resolve customer inquiries effectively. • Maintain high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Educational Qualification: Graduates only. • Experience: Minimum 1+ year of experience in an International BPO. • Skills: Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written). • Track record in voice-based customer support processes. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Gurgaon (Gurugram), India. • Shift Timings: Rotational shifts. • Transport Facilities: Both-side cab facility or Travel Allowance (TA) provided. Compensation & Benefits: • CTC: Up to ₹4.50 LPA. • In-Hand Salary: Approximately ₹27,000 – ₹32,000 per month.
