Job description

Role & Company / Project Overview: Outpace Consulting is hiring candidates for an International Semi Tech Voice Support process based in Gurgaon. Freshers are welcome subject to eligibility guidelines. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Provide semi-technical customer support over phone voice calls to international customers. • Troubleshoot basic to intermediate technical problems and walk customers through standard resolutions. • Log case details and maintain accurate customer interaction records. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Educational Qualification: Graduates / Undergraduates. • Mandatory: Strong English communication skills. • Immediate joiners are preferred. • Eligibility & Restrictions: - BTech / MTech / MCA / BE / LLB / LLM / Pharma / Diploma in any Engineering are not eligible for freshers' positions. - BTech / MCA / BE candidates must hold at least 6 months of BPO experience. - Regular college students must provide a valid No Objection Certificate (NOC). - Candidates with academic examinations scheduled within the next 4–6 months are not eligible. - Candidates based in Delhi and Gurgaon are eligible to apply. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Job Location: Gurgaon, Haryana, India. • Shift Structure: Rotational shifts. • Travel: Both-side cab facility or TA provided. Compensation & Benefits: • Salary: ₹3.40 LPA CTC (₹3,40,000 per annum). • Both-side cab / TA.
