• Role & Company / Project Overview: Outpace Consulting is hiring International Non-Voice Chat Support Executives for their process located in Gurgaon. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Handle non-voice international customer interactions via live chat. - Address client queries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure superior customer satisfaction without phone calls. - Maintain high accuracy, professional written etiquette, and optimal response turnaround times. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Minimum Qualification: Graduate or Undergraduate. - Experience: Freshers are eligible. - Skills: Good written English communication and strong typing skills required. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Job Location: Gurgaon, Haryana, India. - Shifts: Rotational shifts. - Transport: Both-side cab facility or transport allowance provided. • Compensation & Benefits: - Salary: ₹18,500 In-Hand per month plus attractive performance incentives. • Application Instructions: - Walk-in interview timing: 10:30 AM – 1:00 PM. - Mandatory documents: Updated Resume and Aadhaar Card. - Walk-in Interview Venue: Outpace Consulting, C-29, Sector 2, Noida, Uttar Pradesh (Nearest Metro: Noida Sector 15, Gate No. 3, Landmark: Near Hotel Nirulas).
