• Role & Company / Project Overview iSON is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Quality Analyst (QA) with a passion for driving sales quality, compliance, and pitch excellence to join its Insurance Telesales operations in Dehradun. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Monitor and audit live and recorded outbound sales calls against compliance guidelines, pitch accuracy, and quality scorecards. - Conduct regular feedback sessions, coaching, and root-cause analysis (RCA) with sales agents to improve conversion quality. - Perform calibration sessions with Team Leaders and operations management to ensure scoring consistency. - Identify fatal errors, mis-selling risks, compliance breaches, and customer experience gaps. - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports, dip checks, and trend analyses for floor leadership. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Quality Analyst (QA) in an Insurance Sales / Telesales process (Health, Motor, or General Insurance preferred). - Thorough understanding of sales pitch structuring, compliance parameters, and QA calibration frameworks. - Excellent listening, analytical, and feedback delivery skills. - Strong command of MS Excel and reporting tools. - Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Working location: 1st Floor, Doon Business Park, Transport Nagar, Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India. - Work arrangement: Onsite. • Application Instructions Interested candidates can call or share their updated resume directly via WhatsApp or attend the interview process at the office address.
