### Role & Company / Project Overview Bestdeal Financial Services is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Analyst (Sales) to join their growing team in Pune. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Audit and monitor daily sales calls. • Provide constructive performance feedback to employees. • Conduct daily quality training sessions. • Ensure continuous improvement in overall call quality. • Maintain quality reports and MIS utilizing MS Excel. • Coordinate with Team Leaders to improve overall team performance. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Good communication and listening skills. • Practical knowledge of sales call auditing processes. • Good command of MS Excel and reporting. • Prior experience in Sales Quality Analysis is preferred. • Proactive and detail-oriented approach. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Hinjewadi Phase 2, Pune, Maharashtra, India. ### Application Instructions • Interested candidates can send their resumes to the HR contact email provided in the contact section.
