• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring a skilled E/M with General Surgery - Quality Control Analyst (QCA) to join our US Healthcare medical coding team in Chennai. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Perform quality audits and accuracy checks on Evaluation and Management (E/M) and General Surgery coding charts. - Ensure strict compliance with US Healthcare coding standards, billing rules, and regulatory guidelines. - Utilize ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS code sets to evaluate coding precision. - Deliver quality feedback, mentor team coders, and address root causes for audit errors. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Evaluation & Management (E/M) combined with General Surgery coding and quality auditing. - Thorough mastery of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS guidelines. - Medical coding certification is mandatory (e.g., CPC, CPMA, or equivalent). - Proven quality assurance/audit experience in US Healthcare accounts. - Eligibility: Immediate joiners only.
