Role & Company / Project Overview: We are looking for a General Surgery Coder / QA professional in Chennai to handle specialized operative chart reviews. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Analyze and assign appropriate codes to general surgery operative notes and procedural records. • Review complex general surgical interventions, abdominal procedures, and laparoscopic surgeries. • Perform QA audits to ensure error-free claims and regulatory compliance. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • At least 1+ year of experience in General Surgery coding / QA. • In-depth knowledge of general surgical terminology, surgical CPT codes, and ICD-10-CM. • Strong analytical and quality control mindset.
