Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview: Urgent opening for Evaluation & Management (EM) Inpatient (IP) and Outpatient (OP) Medical Coder and Quality Control Auditor (QCA) positions within a healthcare RCM team in Chennai. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Perform end-to-end coding for EM Inpatient (IP) and Outpatient (OP) encounters. - For QCA roles, perform quality control reviews, chart audits, and ensure high coding accuracy and adherence to compliance protocols. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Medical Coders: 1+ years of relevant experience. - QCA: 3+ years of relevant auditing experience. - Certification is mandatory. - Strong background in Evaluation & Management (E/M) IP and OP coding. - Immediate joiners preferred. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. - Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO). • Application Instructions: - Easy selection process.
