Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring an experienced Medical Coder for the combined EM IP/OP Coder role in Chennai. This position covers coding for both inpatient and outpatient Evaluation and Management cases. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Analyze and translate inpatient and outpatient medical charts and clinical reports into accurate diagnostic and procedural codes. - Apply CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 guidelines for both EM IP and OP visits. - Meet production targets while maintaining strict accuracy standards. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Life Science degree is mandatory. - Comprehensive background and experience in both EM IP and EM OP coding. - Only experienced candidates will be considered. - Immediate joiners preferred (within 3 days). • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO). - Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. • Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive salary package based on market standards. • Application Instructions: - Share your updated resume via WhatsApp to HR.
