• Role & Company / Project Overview We are conducting a Walk-In Drive for experienced E/M Outpatient Coders and ED Profee for our Chennai location. This is a full-time medical coding opportunity. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Review and code Outpatient Evaluation & Management (E/M) encounters - Apply 2021/2023 E/M guideline changes (MDM & Time-based) - Assign accurate CPT, ICD-10-CM, and modifier codes - Ensure compliance with payer and CMS guidelines - Meet productivity and quality (accuracy) targets - Handle denials and coding queries as required • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Experience: 1 to 8 Years - CPC / CCS / CIC certification (mandatory/preferred) - Hands-on experience in E/M OP coding - Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, and modifiers - Good communication skills - Immediate joiners preferred • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Employment Type: Full-Time - Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu - Shift: Day / Night shifts - Walk-In Drive Details: Carry updated resume, ID proof, certificates (CPC/CCS/CIC), and last 3 months payslips • Compensation & Benefits - Salary: As per norms • Application Instructions - Candidates who cannot attend the walk-in drive can apply directly by emailing their resume or contacting the HR team.
