Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring an ENM OP Coder to join our US Healthcare RCM process team. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Handle outpatient Evaluation and Management (E&M) coding accurately according to industry guidelines. • Review patient medical records and accurately assign appropriate medical codes. • Maintain strict adherence to coding accuracy, quality metrics, and productivity targets. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 1 to 4 years of relevant ENM OP coding experience. • Strong working knowledge of US Healthcare coding guidelines. • Medical coding certification is preferred or mandatory based on process requirements.
