• Role & Company / Project Overview: Teleperformance is urgently hiring French Bilingual Technical Customer Support representatives for a dedicated voice-only technical account located in Cairo (One Kattameya / City Walk). • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Provide comprehensive technical customer support over voice calls to French-speaking customers. - Troubleshoot technical account inquiries and resolve customer issues effectively adhering to quality standards. - Handle call volumes during scheduled morning operational shifts while ensuring high customer satisfaction. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Language Proficiency: B2 level in French and B2 level in English. - Education: University graduate. - Military Status: Completed military service. - Nationality: Egyptian nationals only. - Age: Maximum 45 years old. - Gender: Open to both male and female candidates. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Work Schedule: 5 working days per week with 2 rotational days off. - Shifts: Morning rotational shifts starting at 9:00 AM, 10:00 AM, 11:00 AM, and 12:00 PM. - Work Location: One Kattameya / City Walk, Cairo, Egypt. • Compensation & Benefits: - Salary: Net fixed salary of 29,000 EGP per month. - Medical Insurance coverage. - Social Insurance coverage. - Paid Training provided. - Transportation provided (including dedicated transportation for females). • Application Instructions: - Apply by sending a WhatsApp message to the recruitment contact number.
