We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior HR Generalist / HR Business Partner to drive our HR operations, talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement initiatives. Responsibilities include leading recruitment and onboarding processes, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing performance management and employee engagement initiatives, ensuring compliance with labour laws and HR best practices, and supporting organizational growth and workforce planning. Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, 4–6 years of HR experience preferably in a startup, fintech, or fast-paced environment, strong knowledge of recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and HR policies, professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, CIPD, etc.) is an added advantage, and excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
