We are hiring a Machine Operator to set up, operate, and maintain manufacturing machinery ensuring production efficiency and product quality. Responsibilities include setting up and calibrating machines per specifications, monitoring production and adjusting settings, performing quality inspections and recording data, troubleshooting minor mechanical issues, and maintaining cleanliness and safety. Requirements include 2+ years in machine operation, ability to read technical drawings, and attention to detail. Nice-to-have includes experience with CNC or automated systems. Compensation includes a salary of $35,000 to $55,000 USD/year plus a 7% performance-based bonus, health coverage, 3 weeks PTO, $1,000 training, and $1,000 home office stipend. This is a 100% remote, full-time position open worldwide.
