We are seeking a Systems Engineer to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and operating systems. The role includes ensuring high availability and performance. Key responsibilities: install, configure, and maintain servers and networks; monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues; manage backups and disaster recovery; automate routine administrative tasks; ensure security patching and compliance. Requirements: 4+ years in systems administration, expertise in Linux/Windows servers and networking, experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), and scripting skills (Bash, Python, or PowerShell). Compensation: $80,000 – $120,000 USD/year plus 10% performance bonus, health insurance, 4 weeks PTO, $1,500 training budget, $1,000 home office stipend. This is a full-time, 100% remote position.
