We are looking for an HVAC Technician to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for commercial and residential clients. Key responsibilities include installing HVAC systems and components, performing routine maintenance and inspections, diagnosing and repairing faults, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and providing excellent customer service. Requirements include 3+ years of HVAC installation and repair experience, EPA certification, knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, and strong troubleshooting skills. Compensation includes a salary of $50,000-$75,000 USD per year, 8% performance-based bonus, health coverage, 3 weeks PTO, $1,200 training stipend, and $1,000 home office stipend. This is a full-time, 100% remote position open to candidates worldwide.
