We are seeking an experienced Carpenter to construct, install, and repair structures made of wood and other materials for residential, commercial, and renovation projects. Key responsibilities include reading and interpreting blueprints, framing, building and installing walls, roofs, and cabinets, measuring, cutting and shaping materials, ensuring structural integrity and safety, and supervising apprentices when needed. This is a 100% remote, full-time position. Compensation includes a salary of $45,000-$70,000 USD per year, an 8% performance-based bonus, health coverage, 3 weeks of paid time off, a $1,200 training budget, and a $1,000 home office stipend. Requirements include a minimum of 4 years of carpentry experience, knowledge of woodworking tools and techniques, the ability to read blueprints, and physical strength and precision.
