We are hiring a Head of Innovation & Product Strategy for a full-time, remote position worldwide. The role will lead innovation initiatives, define product vision, and drive strategic growth by developing solutions that align technology, market demand, and business objectives. Requirements include 8+ years of experience in product strategy, innovation management, or business transformation; proven track record of launching and scaling digital products or enterprise solutions; strong understanding of market research, user experience, and product lifecycle management; experience working with engineering, design, and executive leadership teams; and excellent strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills. The compensation package includes an annual salary of $170,000 to $350,000, performance bonus, stock incentives, comprehensive health insurance, and executive innovation and leadership development support.
