We are hiring a Supply Chain Manager to lead and elevate end-to-end supply chain operations for a company in the Wilmington, MA area. This high-impact strategic role reports to the Director of Operations and is ideal for someone who builds scalable processes, drives performance, and makes data-driven decisions. Compensation is up to $125K base with flexibility for the right fit. Responsibilities include leading inventory strategy, demand planning, procurement optimization, driving supplier performance, developing sourcing strategies, implementing best-in-class inventory policies such as safety stock, forecasting, and replenishment, monitoring and improving key KPIs like fill rate, inventory turns, OTD, and forecast accuracy, partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Customer Service, leveraging ERP tools and analytics, and identifying cost savings opportunities to enhance margins. Qualifications include 5–10+ years of supply chain, procurement, or operations leadership experience, background in industrial distribution or manufacturing, proven ability to scale operations, optimize inventory, and improve processes, and a strong analytical mindset.
